One Of The Greatest Ways We Can Give Back Is By Helping Ourselves & Others Unleash Their Potential. I recently received a note from a past co-worker/friend that thanked me for encouraging her to move forward, overcome her fear and help her figure out the resources to pursue her dream. I noticed her potential and asked her if she had ever thought of further developing and pursuing specific paths. We talked for several years and one day she told me that she had enrolled in school and was going for it. I was ecstatic. She broke through her fear, saw her potential and took a leap towards pursuing her passion. We all have so much potential inside of us, sometimes it just takes someone seeing and telling you. I am grateful for those that have seen the talents and abilities I have to offer and helped me unleash them. One of the greatest things we can do as leaders of our organizations and individuals is to recognize our Inner Potential, Unleash It, AND Help Others To Do The Same.
