Meet Dr. Jolynn Hunt, PhD. Dr. Jolynn Hunt is the Founder and CEO of IO Consulting, a Workplace Psychologist, Certified Life Coach, and passionate advocate for personal wellness, workplace health, and transformational growth. With more than 20 years of experience in business, leadership, and human development, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome burnout, restore balance, and create lives filled with purpose, fulfillment, and sustainable success.
 
Recognizing the growing disconnect between achievement and well-being, Dr. Hunt became deeply committed to understanding how personal wellness influences every area of life—including career performance, relationships, mental health, and overall happiness. Her doctoral research focused specifically on the impact of overall personal wellness on both work and personal life outcomes, creating the foundation for her coaching philosophy and professional mission.
 
As a Workplace Psychologist and wellness-focused coach, Dr. Hunt helps individuals optimize their lives from the inside out. Through personalized coaching, evidence-based strategies, and holistic wellness practices, she empowers clients to strengthen their emotional, spiritual, intellectual, mental, physical, social, and professional well-being so they can thrive in every aspect of life. Her unique approach integrates psychology, coaching, leadership development, and wellness principles to create lasting transformation and sustainable growth.
 
Dr. Hunt holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in workplace psychology and organizational success. She also earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science/Public Health Education, graduating Summa Cum Laude in every degree program. In addition, she is a Certified Life Coach (CLC), bringing both academic expertise and compassionate guidance to the individuals and organizations she serves nationwide.
 
Her expertise includes wellness coaching and life optimization, workplace psychology, leadership development, employee retention and recruitment, and strategic marketing. She specializes in helping individuals improve their overall wellness to optimize both their personal and professional lives while equipping organizations with strategies that foster healthier cultures, stronger leadership, and sustainable success.
 
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Hunt is a devoted wife of 25 years, proud mother of two talented children, and loving dog mom. Her family serves as her greatest inspiration, motivation, and support system. An avid strength trainer and runner, she is committed to completing a half marathon every year and embodies the principles of whole-person wellness in her own life.
 
Dr. Hunt believes that true success is not measured solely by achievements, but by the ability to live a healthy, balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling life. Through her work, she is committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive—personally, professionally, and holistically.
 
A passionate healthcare professional with more than 14 years of industry experience, including a strong focus on geriatrics. Dr. Hunt served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a 14-facility Assisted Living & Memory Care organization for seven years, helping lead the company to an average occupancy rate of 100% across all locations.
